"Hi, I’m Klara, a talent development consultant, learning strategist, community builder, social impact catalyst and the founder of RedRebel Learning.
For over 8 years, I’ve built global, cohort-based, and community-driven learning programs at big tech companies, like Meta and Uber.
One of my last projects was reimagining a global mentorship program with over 50,000 people in mind.
My work has always centered around making learning more social and scalable.
Here’s the truth I kept seeing: Traditional learning can’t keep up with the pace of change, especially in an AI-driven world.
That insight sparked RedRebel Learning, a consulting practice helping founders, teams, and learning leaders build learning cultures from scratch or reimagine the existing to become more practical, energizing, and rooted in human connection.
